This week’s “Track of the Week” comes from one of our favourite bands, Carosel. They’re Irish, but they operate out of the very fashionable Paris (and sometimes the South of France too!). They’ve got a very laid-back style. Pete’s guitar stylings and Michelle’s vocals are always sublime and restrained. Never in your face, Carosel manage to create an soundscape that’s both superb and original to them. Although only in demo form, I’m Sorry already speaks volumes. Chock full of emotion, it’s a tear-jerker, but it’s also a beautifully crafted and well-rounded track.
