CineFix has released a new episode of its ongoing 8-bit Cinema series that retells the story of 2011’s Thor in 90 wonderfully 8-bit animated seconds. 8-bit Cinema turns “Hollywood Blockbusters into ’80s arcade and NES inspired action!” They’ve already done The Dark Knight, Iron Man, and Star Trek. There’s something particularly nostalgia-inducing about seeing your favourite movie turned into a side-scroller beat-em-up, and this episode is no exception. It was written and animated by David Dutton with music by Henry Dutton.
