This is the Friends reuinion you’ll all been looking for. Kind of.
Let’s hear it for Jimmy Kimmel, so far the only person to successfully reunite several members of the Friends cast to reprise their roles. On screen, anyway, unless they all meet once a month in secret to perform and we don’t know about it, but that seems unlikely. In the set-up, Jimmy has written a fanfic script starring himself as Ross and Jennifer as Rachel. The script is hilariously awful and cringey, but let’s face it that’s usually how fanfic usually goes. “Ross” and Rachel are then joined by Monica and Phoebe in the gag, much to the ire of Jennifer. Kudos has to be given to Jennifer, Courteney, and Lisa for being absolute sports.
